As devoted pet parents we are always anxious when we have to leave our cat, but since we have met Ric and Meredith our worries have all but diminished.
When initially meeting with Ric he was receptive to our requests and we could see he was definitely an animal person! He was very careful to adhere to our specific requests (we left him with two pages of instructions!). He is good about sending us updates while we are away on how our cat was doing, including sending pictures, which is so comforting!
I knew Ric was great when we recently had to utilize Thunder's Run services again recently after about an 8 month gap. Our cat practically ran to him and was jumping and playing immediately - which he doesn't do for many - so we knew that Ric had taken the time to not only take care of the necessities ie food, litter box etc. but also for playtime and cuddles. Not only that - he left a detailed not outlining the time we were away and how our cat did.
We would recommend Thunder's Run to anyone who love their pets as part of their families. Ric and Meredith go the extra mile and we always know when we go away that our beloved pet can be left in good hands."
